All massages aren't created equal. Our unique, full-body session targets tense muscles with a specificity and integration that may surprise you. Unwind and relax like never before. (60 min)
Deep results without any pain, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) uses positional release and nervous system recalibration to provide muscles, ligaments and joints with unparalelled ease. (add to 60 or 90 minute massage)
This is our most popular and recommended treatment because it allows the time you need to do a full-body massage with extra time devoted to addressing issues. (90 min)
Flush toxins and trigger a deep anti-inflammatory reset with the specialized manual therapy of Cranial-sacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage to calm the nervous system, reduce swelling, and accelerate your natural healing process. (30 minutes)
Seated and fully-clothed, this treatment blends barber-style Indian Head Massage, Champissage, and Polarity therapy. Get targeted relaxation for your upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face. (50 mins)
The musculature of the feet reflect imbalances throughout the body. Hammertoes and bunions can significantly impact stance and gait. Addressed early on (before bone rigidity), they can be treated to great effect. (20 mins)
Frequently Asked Questions
Here you can find answers on frequently asked massage questions. If you cannot find the answer, feel free to text or call us.
Before the start of your massage, your therapist will ask you what type of pressure you'd like for your massage.
- Light
- Medium
- Firm
Pressure varies from therapists to therapist as well as from body part to body part. As long as you keep your therapist informed as to any changing pressure preferences, you'll both enjoy your massage and receive maximum benefit from it.
How do I determine optimum pressure? Whether the client can relax AND take deep breaths. Sometimes we think that more is more, but tensing muscles is counterproductive to the goal of massage
If you would like extra attention paid to an area, please let your therapists know in advance. Common requests for extra time spent are:
- face/scalp
- neck/shoulders
- hip/hamstrings
- hands
- feet
We are more than happy to customize your massage to suit you.
Following a massage, we recommend drinking water and staying hydrated.
For longer massages, 90 minutes or more, clients often want to either go to sleep or soak. Planning enough down-time post-massage to continue relaxing can be helpful.
